Pricing Policy

Websites and Application development and Support

We like to keep our pricing simple. We either charge by the day rate or half the day rate for small changes. With projects that are substantial, we charge in day rates but normal include a discount to the price.

Programming, Support and Bug fixing rates for Microsoft .Net platform are £295 per day.

If we have a maintenance or support agreement, then we will charge at the end of the month at that agreed rate. The agreed rate is usually a set number of hours agreed by the client.

For other open source platform development, we charge by the hour to setup and design and development of templates. The charge is £40 per hour.

Design

Our design rates are charged at the day rate at £230 a day. We work out your requirements and work out how many days it will take to complete.

Online Marketing

Search Engine optimisation (SEO), Pay-per-click (PPC), Social media, Email marketing work is charged by the hour at £40 an hour.

Banner advertising design is carried out by agreeing with the client a package of adverts that the customer would like and is charged at the day rate at £230 but this can vary and is dependant, upon how work is required.

Video Marketing is charged by the day rate of £220 per day for production and development. Video usually takes from 2–3 days. If multiple videos are to be produced over a period of months, then we offer a discount.

Hosting services

With hosting, we charge by the hour at £30 per hour for setting up your website and other administrative tasks. We will confirm each task and completion time, and after agreeing the price with the client we can start the work.

Consultancy

We also offer a consultancy service on various development, design, marketing and hosting options for small and medium businesses. We charge the day rate of £275 for this plus any additional expenses such as travel etc. Again, this is agreed with the client before any work is carried out.
